With the new Champion loot coming into play. Will Queensdale Champion loot train be the new farming train for everyone? Discuss. Cheap mats?

Doubtful. Those champs will probably drop T1-T2 mats. Orr might see a comeback if lodestones and other T6 mats become common drops on the champions. I’d love to see the old three camp zerg come back.

If Champ drop loot based on the area level they are in, I guess that will fix the possible mats influx. However, shouldn’t other things be scaled up to your level? like weapons etc.

I’d just hate to see Anet nerf an area like Queensdale after successfully getting people back into lower level zones through living world.

Not necessarily if they do it right the good drop rates and the good loot will come from orr. Scaling also works in the players favor for adding champions in orr this will not happen in queensdale.

Pointed out in this thread, it will be more rewarding to go to high level zones since there are chances of 80s getting lower level items(1-15 Loot). I feel the same that it is better to go to Cursed Shore/Frostgorge Sound, considering a lot of events scale up with more players, spawning more champs then you’ll see in Queensdale in a quicker session that you have enough time to get there and tag for credit.
