I sent mail this morning containing a Shaman’s Etched Avenger and 30 Corrupted Lodestones to a recipient and it still isn’t there.

This was so they can craft me an item.

It has been over 6 hours now and it has not arrived.

I sent a bug report but the last time I tried that for another matter I did not receive a response, so want to post the issue here as well.

I literally spent the majority of my gold on the items in that mail so please respond to ticket / advise how I can get them restored.

Note – the recipient is my brother, so I am positive he didn’t get the items.

As always, make sure they have enough room in their mailbox. There’s a limit on how many letters you can have, and it will queue up mail past the limit. Have him clear out his mailbox to make room.

I’ve had the same problem (been days now and the mail is lost somewhere in cyber-space) and my mailbox for every character is always empty, I delete things right after I open them. I suppose a ticket is in order?

Thanks – we’re good. His email was reading 7/10, however after we deleted a few old ones, the mails came in and it was there.

Mail still reads 7/10 however, but we are good to go. Thanks for the quick reply!

Yes, the mail counter seems to be bugged. Although it only counts mails from players, some NPC mails will block the reception of new mail. I’ve had this issues too (was at 6/10 but could not get any new mail until I deleted some NPC messages).

It’s been like this for a long time (probably since beta). Apparently the code that calculates the displayed amount is different from the code that calculates the actual limit. Poor design.
